Ulivi Hotel & Residence - Paratico

The staff here is attentive, and the breakfast is very good, with an excellent location nearby shops, cafes, and the airport.

The setting was beautiful and we couldn't fault the helpfulness of the Reception staff. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and modern.

Slight noise from the road and from people scraping chairs on the floor above and the next door room.

The location is excellent.

The hotel has no leisure facilities other than a small swimming pool and no restaurant, bar, coffee shop or other retail outlet. However, there is a good choice of such facilities outlets nearby and this compensates for the absence of them at the hotel.

The location here near Sarnico is stunning and fantastic, the breakfast is great with lots of food, and the service is excellent without any complaints.

Used Hotel Ulivi as a base to explore the area of Lago D'Iseo. Great value accommodations, clean, excellent restful stay poolside in the afternoons back at the hotel. Great continental breakfast included!

Quiet Italian Lakes hotel, walking distance to good restaurants and bars and access to lake facilities. Hotel Ulivi is modern with pool for hotel guests but would not recommend for children. Breakfast good selection of continental style breakfast buffet. Staff spoke good English and very helpful. Very fast wifi connection and reliable.

The apartment has a fantastic setting, overlooking the lake and being just next door to Paratico. It is located near local bars and restaurants in Paratico and Sarnico.

i liked the hotel location, the staff, car parking facility and ease of walking into the town

Our stay was quite comfortable. Clean room, good value and good breakfast. Underground parking is a bonus. This hotel has a lovely setting on the lake and the location is convenient to a grocery store, a wonderful seafood restaurant. The desk staff is very helpful (Valentina was great)

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of town, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms have a lovely view of the garden, and some even offer a view of the lake. the helpful reception staff provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The size of the rooms and the quality of the beds may not meet everyone's expectations.

Hotel located in small town. In my opinion it is good choice if you have car and want travel in area between Milan and Venice. Great lake and view, good restaurants near to the hotel.

Wonderful hotel with very polite staff, has INCREDIBLE location near the lake. Location close enough to the smaller lakes, Bergamo and Sarnico and shops/restaurants.

Friendly staff, great location near Sarnico and Paratico. Limited boat service in September, but buses and taxis available. Swimming pool, spacious rooms, modern bathroom with bath / shower. Fantastic breakfast with wide variety of choices. Beautiful view from dining room of palm trees, pool, lake, and mountains.

The location was central, close enough to center, airport and the river. The breakfast was very very good and provided with bacon and proper coffee, as example. All the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, tackled my issues...

A nice informal hotel well situated for lake views. Would recommend it to my friends. The free use of the internet was well appreciated.
